SaddleBrooke includes two distinct planned communities, SaddleBrooke One and SaddleBrooke TWO, with separate homeowners associations and amenity systems. The Villas is a smaller association within SaddleBrooke One. SaddleBrooke Ranch is a separate community farther north and is not part of this guide area.3457

The communities sit along the Oracle Road corridor near the Santa Catalina foothills. The association boundary, unit, assessments, and amenity access can differ by home, so verify the exact subdivision documents before comparing properties.135

A separate association and recreation system from SaddleBrooke One. Its official materials distinguish the MountainView and Preserve clubhouse and golf areas, plus a performing arts and fitness complex; which facilities and services apply depends on the property’s association documents.56
