Your information, handled plainly.

This policy describes how Long Realty Company and Lopez & Lopez, REALTORS® handle information submitted on mlslistings.app, related ZIP-code sites, and connected inquiry forms.

1. Information we collect

We collect the contact information, property details, preferences, qualification answers and message you choose to provide. We may also collect the landing and submission page, referral and campaign parameters, consent choices and versions, timestamps, IP address, browser or device information and basic site-usage events.

Basic website analytics are kept separate from inquiry records. These events use a random browser session identifier, page and campaign context, a screen-size category and interaction names. They do not contain contact information or IP addresses. We do not record these events when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Website event records are scheduled for deletion after 25 months.

2. How we use it

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested materials, connect you with a licensed team member, schedule and provide brokerage services, maintain brokerage and consent records, prevent abuse, measure and improve our marketing and comply with law. We send marketing calls, texts or email only where the person has chosen that option or where otherwise permitted by law.

3. When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to Long Realty Company, licensed Lopez & Lopez, REALTORS® members, and service providers that operate hosting, form storage, CRM, email, text messaging, scheduling, analytics, security and related business systems. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, a regulator, court process or a brokerage recordkeeping obligation. Service providers are expected to use information for the services they provide and as permitted by law.

4. Your communication choices

Marketing-email messages include a way to unsubscribe. Reply STOP to revoke authorization for future marketing calls and texts from Long Realty Company and Lopez & Lopez, REALTORS®, or HELP for help. We also honor other reasonable requests to stop phone marketing. A request to stop marketing does not prevent service or transaction communications that are permitted or required. To request access, correction or deletion of a contact record, subject to legal and brokerage retention duties, email owner@mlslisting.net.

5. Security, retention and links

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Records are retained for legitimate inquiry, brokerage, consent, security and legal purposes and then deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed, subject to required retention. External sites have their own privacy practices.
