Dove Mountain is a large collection of separately named residential neighborhoods in northwest Marana, set against the Tortolita Mountains. Its community map names neighborhoods, parks, golf facilities, apartments, trails, and a school. Treat the map as a locator, then verify the exact parcel, association, access rules, and school assignment.12
The area's public recreation identity is closely tied to the Tortolita trails and preserve. Some routes cross mixed public and private land; the Town publishes trail details and cautions that the Dove Mountain Community Trail is not maintained by the Town.34

A Town preserve with trail access for hiking, biking, and equestrian use. Confirm current trailhead access and maintenance before setting out.32
Dove Mountain parks and community trail
The community map shows Dove Mountain Park, Dove Mountain West Park, The Preserve Park, and the community trail. The Town notes the community trail is not Town-maintained, and its map separately labels a private Canyon Pass trail.14
Dove Mountain is in eastern Marana along the Tortolita Mountains. The community map distinguishes residential neighborhoods, parks, trails, golf clubs, and private trail segments. Verify the exact subdivision and public or private route access for an individual property.12

Do not infer assigned campuses, school quality, or eligibility from a neighborhood name. Check the district's current boundary and open-enrollment rules for the property address.56
