Green Valley is a collection of planned neighborhoods and recreation communities along the I-19 corridor below Tucson, not one incorporated city. Its villages range from golf and recreation communities to quieter areas near the Santa Cruz valley and Santa Rita foothills.28

Green Valley Recreation membership follows property deed restrictions, and the organization’s map does not cover every nearby address. The nearby Sahuarita boundary also crosses familiar mailing labels.14

Green Valley Recreation centers

GVR lists major and satellite centers, pools, classes, clubs, fitness and racquet facilities. Eligibility follows deed restriction and membership rules, so check property status and current fees.21

Historic Canoa Ranch Conservation Park

Pima County manages a 4,800 acre conservation park with Historic Canoa Ranch, gardens, lake and access to the Anza Trail. Check seasonal hours and program schedules.8

Canoa Preserve Park and Anza Trail

The County identifies the Adamson Catino Trail as a 1.7 mile connector from Canoa Preserve Park to the Anza National Historic Trail.13

Green Valley lies south of Tucson along the I-19 corridor, near the Santa Rita Mountains and Santa Cruz Valley. Use a live route from the address rather than a generalized commute time.86

Check the address.
Meet the school.

District boundaries vary across Green Valley and the Sahuarita edge. The Town identifies Continental Elementary School District for some nearby homes; Sahuarita Unified and other options also occur in the wider area. Check the address and grade with the district and ADE school report locator.31112

Confirm attendance boundaries and enrollment directly with the district. A community name does not establish a school assignment.

What are the current GVR dues?

GVR lists 2026 annual dues of $545 for membership properties, plus applicable fees. Separate association costs may apply. Confirm current amounts with GVR and the property association.141

Which school district serves an address?

School boundaries vary by address and grade. Use the ADE locator and the relevant district's current boundary information.123
