Is the Catalina Foothills worth the price?
For a lot of buyers, yes. You pay for views, lot size and location near the mountains. Ask about the roof, the hillside rules if you plan to remodel, and whether the home is on sewer or septic.
What's east Tucson like for buyers?
It's where many first time and move up buyers find more house and more yard for the money. Most homes are older, so the inspection matters more than the paint.
Why do military families look at 85747 and Vail?
Both are a reasonable drive to Davis-Monthan, with many newer homes. Plan for HOA fees and confirm the school assignment for the exact address.
Where can I have horses in Tucson?
85749 in the Tanque Verde area is the classic answer, but the parcel decides, not the ZIP. Check zoning, usable land, water and access before you fall for the barn.
I'm selling. Does my ZIP change how I should list?
Yes. Buyers in each area compare different things, so the photos, the price story and the repairs worth doing change by area. Tell us your address and we'll show you what buyers in your part of town look at first.

What's the most popular part of Tucson to buy in?
It depends on budget and lifestyle. We'd rather match you to the area than send you to the busiest one.

How do I check the school for a home?
Use the district's address lookup for the exact address. Don't rely on the listing.
